Party girl Paris Hilton was recently caught with cocaine in her purse after she was pulled over near the Wynn casino in Las Vegas. Police smelled marijuana smoke coming from her black Cadillac escalade and pulled her over. While she was being questioned, a crowd started to gather, just in time to see Paris pull out her lip balm and accidentally dropped her baggy of coke on the ground. Her boyfriend, club owner Cy Waits was driving at the time and was the owner of the vehicle. He was arrested for driving while intoxicated and could serve up to a year in prison.

According to the Department of Taxation and the Nevada Department of Motor Vehicles this is illegal and anybody, regardless of occupation, needs to pay their fair share. Totaling around $8,000, the money Mayes saved from not paying sales tax and registration fees for her $83,000 sports car should have gone to help pay for local roads, police and fire department budgets, and the salaries of city workers such as herself.
